HEAVENLY BAKED SWEET POTATO


INGREDIENTS

1 large sweet potato 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1?4 cup chopped pecans (more or less to your liking) 1?4 cup real butter 2 tablespoons honey


DIRECTIONS

Bake sweet potato in 350 degree over for about an hour, or until tender. To serve, slice open down the middle, add butter, brown sugar, pecans and drizzle with honey.
